Users (buyers and sellers) are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Any misleading or false information may result in immediate account suspension.
Sellers may receive a limited number of free leads. After that, a charge per lead will apply as per the current platform pricing and subscription models.
Udyog Digital does not guarantee order conversion, business success, or specific revenue from the leads provided through the platform.
All transactions between buyers and sellers are independent. We are not responsible for payment disputes, quality issues, delivery failures, or logistics.
Any attempt to misuse the platform, send spam, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of the user account and possible legal action.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
